Hokibar Poke & Sushi BBQ was founded by the three of us who share a passion for delicious foods in Kansas City, MO and each of us developed working in multiple sushi and poke restaurant on the west coast. We've merged Japanese dishes with American-style and Hawaiian-style poké. The result is a fast-casual dining experience with a modern twist.
