Leadership has never been so critical to organizational development. In a flat, networked world where the workplace is digitized, collaborative, and geographically distributed, both collaborative team skills and individual initiative matter. These mandate developing leadership skills across a wider group and do not restrict them to the select few in the C-suite. There is a need to build a deep inventory of leaders who can meet a variety of business challenges, market uncertainties, and rise to harness business opportunities.
