Women´s Economic Empowerment means that women have the skills and resources to improve their economic status and move out of poverty. In addition, it means that women and girls can decide on how to utilize their income and other resources and/or jointly make those decisions. Women's empowerment is essential for socio-economic development as it is considered one of the key factors in boosting development efforts worldwide. Women´s Economic Empowerment increases women’s access to economic resources and opportunities including jobs, financial services, property, and other productive assets, skills development, and market information. After India’s Independence, several schemes that would help and benefit the rural population, children, women class, and the uneducated and unemployed persons were introduced from small-scale to large-scale campaigns and programs today. As society was segregated after the British rule, with the upper class, middle class, and the underprivileged. Poverty stroke and massive famines, there were huge losses of rich natural resources. Therefore, the Auroveda Operating Foundation Charitable Trust introduced several schemes to benefit the poor, the Importance of Education, Girl's Education, Women's Empowerment in India, girls' education, Vocational Education, Women's Education, child education, Vocational Training, importance of women education, women education in India, and unemployed youth in order to empower and make them self-sustainable.
