Drum Heating Ovens (also referred to as drum hot boxes, tote ovens, or barrel heaters) are highly specialized industrial thermal chambers. They are engineered to heat, store, or melt materials stored in standard 200-liter (55-gallon) drums or intermediate bulk containers (IBC totes). These materials typically include viscous liquids, chemicals, waxes, food ingredients, lubricants, and temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical agents.
