Everyone knows someone who is quietly exhausted: a friend who cannot switch off, a colleague carrying too much, a family member who has forgotten what it feels like to truly rest. Often, they do not need another explanation of what is wrong. They need an experience that helps them feel differently in their own body.
That is the work of a breathwork facilitator. And it is a skill that can be learned.
The 9D Breathwork facilitator training teaches participants how to guide others through structured, immersive breathwork sessions. It combines practical facilitation skills with ready-to-use materials, business guidance, and ongoing support. The program welcomes complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners who want to expand the way they serve others.
Who We Are
9D Breathwork is a global training community built around the work of Brian Kelly, a breathwork innovator with more than a decade of experience in consciousness, neuroscience, and transformational coaching. His vision was to create a system that bridges emotional healing and practical life change.
The brand’s approach is grounded in a simple belief: people are not broken. They are often overloaded, disconnected, or carrying more than they know how to release. Breathwork offers a way to meet them where they are and guide them toward their own inner resources.
Today, the 9D community includes facilitators in more than 80 countries. They work in yoga studios, therapy practices, corporate settings, retreat centers, and online spaces. What connects them is not a single background, but a shared commitment to helping others feel more alive, present, and capable.
What We Offer
The training covers everything needed to lead 9D Breathwork sessions with confidence. Participants learn the technique, how to structure a session, how to create safety, and how to guide people through intense emotional or physical experiences with steadiness and care.
The program includes professionally produced audio journeys and scripts. Each session is built from nine layers, including somatic breathwork, multi-layered sound, brainwave entrainment, intentional language, visualization, and guided coaching. Facilitators do not need to compose music, write scripts, or design a method from scratch. They can begin with a tested framework and develop their own style over time.
Students also receive a facilitator’s kit, marketing education, and business guidance. The course teaches how to run sessions in person or online, attract clients, partner with local wellness spaces, and build a practice that can grow steadily. No previous breathwork experience is necessary.
When It’s Useful
This training is a strong fit for anyone who wants to:
Begin a career in wellness without prior experience.
Add breathwork to an existing practice as a coach, therapist, yoga teacher, or bodyworker.
Create group experiences, workshops, retreats, or online sessions.
Help people manage stress, burnout, emotional tension, or disconnection.
Build a flexible business around meaningful, human-centered work.
Learn a repeatable method rather than relying on intuition alone.
Join a global network of facilitators, mentors, and peers.
Why Choose Us
What sets 9D apart is the combination of depth and practicality. The method is rich enough to create powerful experiences, yet structured enough for a new facilitator to learn and deliver it.
Participants receive more than education. They receive audio materials, scripts, a facilitator’s kit, marketing support, and a clear pathway into professional practice. They also gain access to live community calls, mentorship, and a private network of fellow facilitators.
The training is online, so it can be completed from anywhere in the world. That flexibility makes it possible to learn while maintaining work, family, and other responsibilities.
